We are so excited and proud to have been able to make 2 separate donations in 2 states within 2 hours of one another (thank you technology)! The stories of these two ladies are remarkable and we are honored to have been able to help in some way! Thank you to people from both schools that helped us in coordinating this effort.

Over the last 2 weeks we have been honored to make a donation to 2 separate educators at the same school which would not have been possible without technology!

2 weeks ago we Skyped in and made a donation presentation to an educator at Irvin Elementary in Concord, NC. Right afterwards, we received an email via Facebook informing us of ANOTHER educator at the same school whose family was also battling a cancer situation. So 2 weeks after our Skype meeting we went to the school to surprise the other educator battling cancer!

Special thanks to all of you involved in coordinating the meetings both virtually and in person. As we hope to expand our reach we know technology will play a major role and we appreciate your support and patience! Now if anyone has a connection at Facebook or Skype we would love a grant!! : )

We are extremely excited (thanks to all of you) to have been able to expand our reach outside of NC for the first time ever!  Our grassroots team took us to Staunton, VA where we were able to help Susan and her wonderful family!  Keep fighting Susan and thanks for welcoming us in with open arms!

We are extremely excited to rollout the first of our new I Am Fighting With campaign!  Mrs. Honeycutt, and educators alike, set the standard for continous involvement in their student’s progress.  The concept of the I Am Fighting With campaign is the same; we want to be able to provide the avenue for continous opportunities to raise money throughout the educator’s ongoing and difficult battle with cancer.

We are extremely excited to announce and thank you all for the success of our First Annual Field Day 5K on August 11th at Frank Liske Park.  The day started with plenty of smiling volunteers and ended with almost 200 registrants and $8500 raised to help educators and their battle with cancer!
